The “e-retail” Action aims to subsidize SME companies to create or upgrade an e-shop in order to support their operation, during the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19), to enhance the degree integration of digital technology and their digital transformation, to avoid overcrowding indoors and to ensure the continuity of their economic activity.
Applications up to 5,000 euros are subsidized for each company with a distinct VAT number.
Medium, small and very small companies, active in the retail sector, maintain a physical store and their operation has been suspended for at least one day from Wednesday, March 18, 2020 onwards. Businesses are divided into:
Existing, which have been established until 30.09.2019
Newly established, which have been established from 01/10/2019 onwards, until 07/11/2020.
The start of eligibility of expenditures is set for March 18, 2020.
The Action is expected to be announced within the month of January 2021 and the submission period will be announced in the Invitation and will last at least thirty (30) days.
For the financing of this Action, it is required to submit a Funding
Application on an electronic platform that will be announced with the publication of the Detailed Call for Action, to which will be attached, among other things the status of active activities (KAD) of the company, through the gsis website. gr.
Terms and conditions
Businesses must, inter alia, meet the following conditions: to have MAIN ACTIVITY RETAIL TRADE (KAD 47 and its Analysts with the exception of the fisheries sector and the trade of tobacco and tobacco products)
Existing: date of acquisition of the MAIN CAD until 30/9/2019.
Newly established: date of acquisition of the MAIN CAD from 1/10/2019 until 7/11/2020. to maintain a
Physical Retail Store, ie a commercial space that welcomes and serves customers, have been suspended for at least one day from Wednesday 18 March 2020 onwards, to have completed (implementation, invoicing, payment and accounting of the relevant expenses) the period from 18/03/2020 until the submission of the application, the creation or upgrade of an online store that will meet the following conditions: to operate in two languages as well as in a mobile responsive environment – mobile responsive, to be accompanied by ordering software, warehouse and electronic payments. to ensure the access of people with disabilities (PWDs) to all the electronic services offered.
What is funded E-shop design, development / upgrade and e-shop management services including ordering software, warehouse and electronic payments and hosting services (hosting, collocation, etc.).
